Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place for our workshops and events. Please review the details below: Cancellations by Participants: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event to receive a credit toward a future workshop. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a credit, as this short notice makes it challenging for us to fill the spot and supplies have already been purchased. To request a cancellation, please contact us at connect@omalchemy.com.au or by messaging 0451 154 358 and provide your name, event details, and reason for cancellation. PRIVACY & MEDIA CONSENT: At OM ALCHEMY, we respect your family’s privacy. Photos or videos taken during our workshops may occasionally be used to share the experience with our wider community via social media, our website, or promotional materials. We will never share children’s names, personal details, or close-up images without explicit consent. Media use is always optional — you can choose whether or not you’d like to give permission when booking. If at any time you wish to withdraw consent, simply let us know and we’ll ensure your preferences are respected moving forward.
