BUDS + BLOSSOMS ( 5-9 years )
A gentle, botanical based, self-care workshop for ages 5–9

In this nurturing, nature-based session, children will explore how to support their feelings using plants, creativity, and sensory play.
They’ll be guided to create their own calming tools and learn simple ways to use them when big emotions arise.✨ In this workshop, we’ll make:
CALM JAR – a sparkly, soothing jar to watch and breathe with when feeling overwhelmed. Made with crystal + moon infused water, botanicals and sparkles!
MAGIC MIST – a plant infused mood mist made with uplifting natural scents, crystals + floral waters to bring them back to balance.
BOTANICAL SENSORY DOUGH –
soft, scented dough infused with calming herbs for grounding through touch, smell and sight.
Each child will go home with their own toolkit, designed to empower emotional resilience, sensory awareness, and connection to the natural world.
A beautiful blend of mindfulness, herbal magic, and creative expression—just right for little earthlings learning to understand their inner world.

SACRED + SELF ( 10 - 17 years )
A botanical, self-care workshop for ages 10-17.
This empowering workshop invites young people to connect with their inner world through the magic of plants, intention, and ritual. In a supportive and creative space, participants will explore emotional regulation and nervous system care through hands-on crafting of their own botanical self-care tools. ✨ In this workshop, we’ll make:
MOOD MIST - made with aromatic hydrosols, crystal and moon-charged water to support emotional shifts and clarity.
RITUAL ROLLER - combining infused oils, shimmer mica, botanicals, and essential oils for calming, uplifting, or grounding.
CALM BALM - blended with healing plant infusions and essential oils to soothe the senses and support daily rituals of rest and regulation
Each participant will leave with a self-care ritual kit they’ve made by hand—tools for tuning in, calming down, and honouring their sacred inner landscape.

BOTANICAL BEAUTY // BODY (ages 8+)
A self-care workshop for tuning into the body through natural rituals.
​
This hands-on session invites young people to craft their own body care essentials using botanicals, plant oils, and gentle ingredients. Together we’ll explore self-love through sensory experience and ritual making.
​
EXFOLIATING SCRUB – A mineral-rich exfoliant made with natural grains, salts, plant oils, and dried botanicals. Gently polishes the skin, leaving it smooth, soft, and energised. A grounding ritual to wash away the day and reconnect with your body.
SHIMMER OIL– A nourishing body oil blended with cold-pressed oils, botanicals, and a touch of natural shimmer. Hydrates the skin while adding a soft, sun-kissed glow—beautiful for rituals, celebrations, or everyday magic.
WHIPPED BODY BUTTER –
A rich, creamy blend of whipped plant butters and infused cold pressed oils to deeply nourish and soften the skin. Lightly scented and infused with intention, this butter melts on contact—leaving the skin hydrated, glowing, and loved.

BOTANICAL BEAUTY // FACE (ages 8+)
A gentle introduction to skincare as an act of self-love and care.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore the ritual of creating their own botanical skincare—from plant to product—with intention. Each step invites presence, creativity, and a deeper connection to self through the nurturing power of nature.

FACIAL MASK + EXFOLIATOR –
A dual-purpose blend of clays, flowers, minerals and herbal powders to gently cleanse, smooth, and brighten the skin. This dry formula is activated with water or toner to create a fresh mask or exfoliant, helping to support skin clarity and renewal.
FACIAL TONING SPRAY – A cooling, toning mist crafted with aromatic hydrosols and soothing botanicals to refresh, tone, and balance.
INFUSED FACIAL OIL – A lightweight, glow-enhancing oil made with cold-pressed plant oils and infused herbs. This personalised blend nourishes, softens, and locks in moisture, leaving the skin radiant and lightly scented.

Each participant will take home a personalised facial ritual kit and a new appreciation for the sacredness in tending to their inner and outer glow.
